The simpler, less Expensive Way to Manage your Utilities.
At EduCon, we are committed to saving money for school districts through energy management and conservation. Our team includes seasoned professionals with experience working in school facility operations/auxiliary services. We fully understand the importance of the learning environment and the impactful role it plays in children’s education.
Founded by a school administrator passionate about education.
EduCon Energy was established in 1996 by Nelson Jessup, an administrator with more than 35 years in public education. Nelson started his career as a teacher and served in many capacities, including as an associate superintendent for operations and twice as interim superintendent for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools.
After implementing an energy management program for WS/FCS, he was inspired to help other school districts achieve similar benefits. At EduCon, we continue his legacy by doing business in a way that helps districts manage limited resources without sacrificing the comfort or safety of school children.
